Once the homeowner and Accent Home Staging agree on what items need to be handled, who is going to handle them, and what the budget is, the staging process officially begins. The work is usually completed in less than a week. All home staging services will be paid directly by the homeowner**. There are three types of home staging techniques or options to consider:
Edit Stage. Similar to a makeover, our team does the
work for you. After meeting with the
homeowner to discuss what needs to be done to
maximize the sales potential of the home, we come
in and perform miracles. Most often it is much
more effective and efficient for the home seller
to utilize our room editing services because we bring a
fresh eye and an experienced knack for
neutralizing areas most home sellers can’t visualize in
their own home. In addition, it minimizes the work
for the homeowner.
NEW! Rapid Edit Stage. Our newest form of edit staging that focuses on the three most important rooms for presentation to buyers. This can be done very quickly and is a great idea for an upcoming OPEN HOUSE.
Full Stage. Many clients chose to “rent” lamps, plants, furniture and/or accessories from us while the house is on the market. The total cost depends on what, and how much, the client needs. We can furnish the whole home, partial rooms, or supplement existing furnishings as necessary. We find that, in most cases, it is not necessary to furnish the entire house.

*Accent Home Staging will do light cleaning, however, we are not a cleaning service. If a professional cleaning service is needed, we will recommend a professional and reasonable service through a local provider.
