Initial Consultation is $200 for a 2500 square foot home. An additional $50 is added per 500 square feet.The Initial Consultation includes Accent Home Staging's unique Detailed Analysis Report.
The Initial Consultation includes a free estimate on Real Estate Staging Services.
Partial Edit and Rapid Edit Home Staging Services are $150 / hour. This does not include painting or outside contracting needs.
Full Home Staging is priced by project. Full Staging is staging a vacant home with added inventory of furniture and accessories or renting pieces to give it a model home appearance.
Special Occasion Staging Services are $75 / hour. This is for Seasonal Decorating and for Special Parties including House Warmings.
Interior Decorating and Redesign Service is $150 / hour. This does not include painting or purchases for additional furniture and accessories pieces.
Organization Service is $75 / hour. This does not include purchases needed for storage and supplies, additional cost apply.
Color Consultation is $50. This does include all spaces in the home in one visit.
